At KNS FOOD MANUFACTURERS, we aim to provide exceptional service and quality food to all our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to orders or bookings, so we’ve created the following cancellation and refund policy to help manage those situations efficiently.


  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Online Food Orders:
    • Cancellations Before Preparation: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before preparation begins. Orders can be canceled by calling our customer service line or through our website/app within 10-15 minutes of placing the order.
    • Cancellations After Preparation/Dispatch: Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery.
    • Delivery Issues: If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items or damage during delivery, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve it.
  • Event Catering:
    • Cancellations Before 48 Hours: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Orders canceled within 48 hours of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Day-of Cancellations: Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are non-refundable, as food and preparation costs have already been incurred.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Food Order Refunds:
    • Full Refund: If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.
    • Partial Refund: If part of your order is missing or incorrect, a partial refund may be issued based on the value of the missing item(s).
    • Customer Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order. We will either offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
  • Event Catering Refunds:
    • Refund for Cancellations: If the event is canceled within the allowed period (see above), we will process a refund based on the payment terms.
    • Refund for Food Quality Issues: If there are significant issues with the food quality or service, a refund or partial refund may be processed after an investigation.
  1. Non-Refundable Items/Services
  • Some items are non-refundable, such as:
    • Specially ordered or customized items (e.g., personalized cakes, custom menus).
    • Promotional or discounted items/services.
    • Deposits for large events or catering services.

  1. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • For Event Catering: Contact us at least 48 hours before the event to cancel or modify your catering order.
  • Refund Requests: For any refund requests, please provide the order number or reservation details, and describe the issue clearly. Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
  1. Exceptions
  • We understand that special circumstances may arise (e.g., emergencies), and we are committed to working with our customers to find fair solutions. In such cases, refunds or cancellations may be processed at our discretion, especially in cases of force majeure (e.g., illness, weather, or other unexpected events).
